8K AI Drone with Screen Controller & Obstacle Avoidance – Wing One

Fun drone but definitely make sure to read all the recommended procedures first. It has a lot of safety features that make flying pretty effortless.

One thing I noticed is the GPS signal can get weak in areas like ravines, which is where I mainly wanted to film waterfalls. When it does have a good signal though, it takes really beautiful crystal clear photos and videos.

Battery life is a big plus as well. Overall it feels like a high quality product and the customer service experience has been great too. I would still give it a solid five star rating for the money.

I have been really impressed with this drone so far. The built in touchscreen controller is probably my favorite feature it makes everything super easy to use without needing to connect a phone or deal with apps. The screen is clear responsive and just makes flying more convenient overall.

The camera quality is also surprisingly good for the price. It takes sharp photos and smooth video and the 3 axis gimbal really helps keep things steady even in light wind. It is definitely good enough for casual filming outdoor shots and just having fun.

Setup was quick GPS works well and features like return to home add extra peace of mind. Battery life is solid too especially with the extra battery included.

Overall it is a great drone if you are getting into flying or just want something simple and enjoyable with a decent camera. The touchscreen controller really makes it stand out.

Getting a well-framed shot is more satisfying than I expected. The Wing One gives me a reason to keep practicing and trying new angles.

A different way to capture a trip

The folding body, screen controller, and GPS return are what interested me. Those practical features matter more to me than big numbers.

Nice for scenery shots

Worth learning the settings
I’d recommend getting familiar with the basic settings before trying the smart modes. Taking it one feature at a time works better for me.

Having the controls and camera display together makes sense to me. It’s the part of the Wing One’s design I appreciate most.

More than just flying around
The different shooting options keep things interesting. I like experimenting with how a scene looks from different heights and angles.

Fits my weekend hobby

I appreciate that it folds down for storage. I don’t have much spare space for hobby equipment, so that detail matters.

The live view is useful
Seeing the camera view on the remote helps me decide how to frame a shot. That’s more important to me than chasing maximum distance.

I’m sticking with the basic controls for now. It’s nice knowing there are more shooting modes to explore as I get comfortable.

Follow mode adds some variety

I thought I would care more about flying, but framing aerial photos has become the interesting part for me.

More interesting camera movements

GPS return was one of the features I wanted. It’s useful to have, although I still keep track of the drone and the battery.

There are a few settings to learn, but I prefer taking my time rather than trying everything on the first flight.

I’m mostly interested in short outdoor clips, not professional filmmaking. The Wing One suits that kind of use pretty well.

Packs away nicely

Having the screen right on the controller is really convenient. I like keeping my phone free instead of using it as part of the setup.

Let me start by saying I am just an amateur drone pilot but I really love this drone. It is so easy and fun to control and operate. All that is required to start flying is to turn on the drone and controller. No calibration or extra steps needed.

It was a very windy day and I was hesitant to try it out, but I could not wait. It is very light, yet it handled surprisingly well in around 10 miles per hour wind as you can see from the leaves blowing.

Flight time was also great. I used it for over 20 minutes and it still had plenty of battery left. It includes important features like low battery auto return and signal loss return with GPS, which gives a lot of confidence while flying.

Overall, I highly recommend it. It is a great value for a drone that includes a controller with a built in screen. I am looking forward to trying more features soon, but I will save that for a less windy day.
